On confirmation of your booking, 25 % of the total order value will be payable as a non refundable booking fee. The final invoice will be sent four weeks prior to the event with full payment due no later than one week before. 

All goods hired remain the property of 'Seats & Sashes'. Whilst the goods are on hire they will be the sole responsibility of the hirer, from delivery to collection. Please ensure that the linen is safely stored whilst waiting for collection.

A full replacement cost will be charged for any damaged or missing items. The cost of this is £10.00 per chair cover and £1.50 per sash.

The invoice will be for one days hire. We will arrange, direct with yourself or your venue, a suitable time and day for the delivery and collection of the chair covers. This will normally be a maximum of two working days either side of the event.

Charges for delivery and collection will be itemised on your invoice. This is free if your venue is within a 30 mile radius of the business address. If you live further afield please contact us for a quotation.
Our free delivery and collection service is only applicable to orders of 40 chair covers or more. A small delivery charge may be applicable if the quantity is below this value.

Cancellation will result in all booking fees and monies paid being forfeited. Should cancellation be within 4 weeks of the event the full amount will still be charged as a cancellation fee.

Seats and Sashes will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages incurred to persons or property arising from our goods whilst under hire.
